Peg was born and raised in northern Minnesota. She speaks highly of her wonderful maternal grandmother who was the only person in her world to believe in her and her abilities. As a young child she would "see" things and hear things that no one else could hear or see. Peg's "overactive imagination" so frightened her mother that she attempted to 'fix' her by consulting with her doctor .Most psychically able people will tell you that imagination plays a very deep part of the ability to express 'seeing' or 'hearing' - it takes imagination to bring it forth.

As a young teenager, Peg chose to read and stay inside rather than run with a group of friends. Always into some sort of book about magic or the supernatural and encouraged by her Grandmother, it all came to a screeching halt on her 13th birthday. that was the day that her beloved Grandmother passed on.. No longer there to protect Peg and encourage her, Peg's mother refused to permit her to acknowledge her gifts. However, at age 14, even Peg's mother would have a difficult time sweeping Peg's special abilities under the rug, when on a particularly nasty winter day in January, Peg begged her mother not to go to work. Her mother refused to listen and experienced a severe automobile accident that day.

Peg's ability to 'see' future happening also impacted her step-father when at age 15 she cautioned him to stop talking while he had food in his mouth or he was going to choke on the turkey gizzard he was eating. He dismissed her as being a typical bossy teenager. But it was Peg who performed the Heimlich maneuver to save his life that Thanksgiving Day. Through the years, Peg's friends were always asking her for advice and wanting her help. And this still rings true today. Trut to her sun sign as a Pisces, Peg is a care-giver by design; she believe that it is her gift to help others, but never unsolicited.. Peg's real recognition of her psychic abilities didn't appear until she was into her 30's.

The trauma of the past and a parent who thought she was "not right", crazy, or just plain weird has played out long and hard in Peg's life and relationships.
